Arklow Golf Links is the ideal location for Corporate and Society days. At Arklow we aim to provide the visitor with a day to remember on a traditional links golf course. The experience can begin with a hearty breakfast or something lighter overlooking the tranquil and panoramic view of this superb golf links with its meandering fairways and rugged sand dunes set against a backdrop of the Irish sea.
Ample parking, newly built locker rooms and friendly staff will see you off on your adventure as you tackle the Arklow links that presents a challenge to professionals and amateur golfers alike. The P.G.A. have held their Southern Regional Championship here in 2001, 2002 and 2003 with Leslie Walker beating off the challenge of Ryder Cup heroes, Eamon Darcy and Philip Walton in 2001. He described the “playing surfaces as the best the professionals had played all year, coupled with the enormous attention to detail of the surrounds made the event a fantastic challenge of golf”.
After your round enjoy pint in the conservatory overlooking the course as you dicuss what was or what might have been. Finally round off the day with a sumptuous meal in the “Links Restaurant” with specially selected wines by your proprietor Declan Kenny.
Corporate days are mid-week and provides the client company complete usage of the course for their guests, meaning a shot-gun start so that all your guests arrive together, play together, and finally sit down for your selected meal together. Rates include: Locker room for the day, Light lunch, Gift bags for you guests, 18 Holes Golf, Dinner with wine. Facilities for your company logos etc. Additionally we can accommodate anything your heart desires.
Private Groups and Societies (10 or more people) must book through our booking form system, which can be availed of by telephoning or emailing our office.
